Service Terms & Conditions Deep Clean Colorado

 

1. Scope of Services

All cleaning services provided by Deep Clean Colorado (DCC) are limited to the tasks, areas, and service depth described in the selected service at the time of booking.
Tasks or areas not specifically listed are not included, unless added as paid Add-Ons.


2. Property Type

DCC clearly differentiates between:

  • Houses & Townhomes
  •  Apartments & Condominiums
     

Each property type may have different pricing, service scope, time allocation, and operational requirements based on layout, access, and size.


3. Booking Confirmation & Scheduling

After payment is completed, DCC has up to 24 hours to contact the client to confirm scheduling details, address accuracy, access instructions, and service category.

Services are performed only after confirmation has been completed.


4. Trash Removal Limits

Each service includes a maximum number of standard trash bags as follows:


Service  Type                                   Included Trash Bags

Regular Cleaning                            Up to 2 bags

Deep Cleaning                                Up to 4 bags

Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning      Up to 6 bags 


Excess trash generated due to conditions outside the booked service scope (excessive buildup, undeclared conditions, or disposal of personal items) may require a service upgrade, Add-On, or additional fee with client approval.


5. Estimated Time & Cleaning Team

Service times shown during booking are estimated for scheduling purposes only and do not represent a guaranteed duration.


  • Services may be completed by 1 to 2 professional cleaners, depending on efficiency and availability.
  • The scheduled time block does not reflect the exact time spent inside the property.
     

6. Property Size & Accuracy of Information

Pricing is based on the information provided by the client, including property type, condition, and size.

DCC may verify property size using publicly available property records.
If the selected service size does not match the actual property size:


  • The correct service category will be confirmed before service execution.
  • Services may be adjusted, upgraded, rescheduled, or canceled if agreement is not reached.
     

7. Service Completion & Acceptance

Once the service is completed and accepted by the client as satisfactory, the service is considered fulfilled.

Any concerns regarding service quality or scope must be reported within 24 hours after completion for review.


8. Safety, Conduct & Right to Refuse Service

DCC reserves the right to refuse, stop, or cancel service if unsafe conditions, misrepresentation, abusive behavior, or hazards are present that could compromise staff safety or service quality.


9. Payments & No-Refund Policy

Payment confirms acceptance of these Terms & Coverage.

Due to the customized, on-site nature of cleaning services:

  • No refunds are issued once a service has been completed and accepted.
  • Concerns must be communicated within the timeframe stated above.
     

10. Updates to Terms

These Terms & Coverage may be updated at any time. Updates apply to future services and will always be published on this page.
