Deep Clean Colorado – Service Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Service & Categories

Deep Clean Colorado (DCC) provides professional residential cleaning services under three primary levels:

  • Regular Cleaning: Routine upkeep for homes in good condition.
  • Deep Cleaning / Core Reset: Intensive restoration targeting accumulated dust and grime.
  • Move-In / Move-Out: Top-to-bottom cleaning for vacant properties (includes interior of empty cabinets and standard appliances).
  • Exclusions: We do not handle biohazards (mold, blood, animal waste), high-reach areas (>8ft), or moving heavy furniture.

2. Membership & Subscription Plans

  • Core Reset Benefit: Active subscribers receive one (1) complimentary Deep Cleaning ("Core Reset") every six (6) consecutive months of paid membership.
  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed automatically via Square. Canceling before the 6-month mark forfeits the complimentary Core Reset.

3. Booking Confirmation & Scheduling

After payment is completed, DCC has up to 24 hours to contact the client to confirm:

  • Scheduling details and address accuracy.
  • Access instructions and service category verification.
  • Note: Services are performed only after this confirmation process is complete.

4. Property Size & Accuracy (SqFt Policy)

  • Pricing is based on client-provided information. DCC verifies property size using publicly available property records.
  • If the actual size does not match the booking: The correct category will be confirmed before execution. DCC reserves the right to adjust, upgrade, or cancel the service if an agreement is not reached.

5. Trash Removal Limits

Each service includes a maximum number of standard trash bags:

  • Regular Cleaning: Up to 2 bags.
  • Deep Cleaning: Up to 4 bags.
  • Move-In / Move-Out: Up to 6 bags.
  • Excess trash (undeclared conditions or disposal of personal items) may require an Add-On fee with client approval.

6. Estimated Time & Cleaning Team

  • Service times shown during booking are estimates for scheduling purposes only and do not represent a guaranteed duration.
  • Services may be completed by 1 to 2 professional cleaners for efficiency. The scheduled time block does not necessarily reflect the exact time spent inside the property.

7. Eco-Friendly & Pet-Safe Protocol (VIGOR)

  • DCC uses industrial-grade solutions and HEPA-filter equipment as standard.
  • Specialized Requests: The use of Pet-Safe, Non-Toxic, or Eco-Friendly products is available strictly upon customer request (Pet Protocol Add-On). DCC is not liable for sensitivities or reactions to standard or requested cleaning agents.

8. Access, Cancellations & Fees

  • Lock-Out Fee: If our team cannot access the property within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, a fee of 50% of the service cost will apply.
  • 48-Hour Rule: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations (<24 hrs) will be billed at full price.

9. Safety & Right to Refuse Service

DCC reserves the right to refuse, stop, or cancel service due to:

  • Unsafe or unsanitary conditions.
  • Abusive behavior or misrepresentation.
  • Lack of functional utilities (water/electricity/climate control).

10. Payments, Completion & No-Refund Policy

  • Acceptance: Once a service is completed and accepted by the client, it is considered fulfilled.
  • 24-Hour Review: Any quality concerns must be reported with photos within 24 hours for review and re-cleaning.
  • No-Refund Policy: Due to the customized nature of our work, no refunds are issued once a service is completed and accepted.

 

11. Subscription Pauses & Continuity

  • Pause Limit: Active memberships may be paused for a maximum of two (2) consecutive billing cycles per 6-month period.
  • Core Reset Eligibility: Pausing a subscription extends the timeline for the complimentary "Core Reset." The 6-month requirement is based on six months of active, paid service, not calendar time.
  • Re-Entry Condition: If a pause exceeds two cycles, DCC reserves the right to require a one-time "Deep Cleaning" fee upon return to restore the property to maintenance standards before resuming the discounted membership rate.
  • Automatic Resumption: Following the pause period, billing will resume automatically via Square unless a formal cancellation is processed.
